D&AD submission - physical activation + promotional material
Bacardio is an experiential activation combining dance & fitness
Responding to the Bacardi D&AD brief 2019, we created a vibrant & playful dance experience that would get 18-25 yr olds moving and grooving into summer with Bacardi in the UK. This activation would travel around university towns in the run up to summer and would also appear at major UK music festivals during the summer.
To promote this experience, we developed a playful brand identity taking inspiration from Bacardi’s existing identity & Cuban influences. Playful dancing characters and illustrations made up the central element of the branding - seen across screens in the dance tents.
Line up posters & T-shirt designs to promote the event and to get people excited before the event and to bring the experience home after.
Instagram and Facebook content was created to engage & communicate with the audience to promote Bacardio as an experience. The tone of voice was playful and inviting to get people engaged and excited about Bacardio events.
